- Children and youth with intelectual disability (mild/moderate/severe) and associate disabilities (auditory, visual, motor), with a valid certification from C.O.S.P/C.J.R.A.E Sălaj;
- Children and youth with Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Phenylketonuria and other syndromes, with a valid certification from C.O.S.P/C.J.R.A.E Sălaj;
- Childern and youth with disabilities, with a valid certification from C.O.S.P/C.J.R.A.E Sălaj for home schooling;
- Special needs students with learning disabilities, with a valid certification from C.O.S.P/C.J.R.A.E Sălaj for regular schools.
SECONDARY BENEFICIARIES
- Parents, personal assistants, caregivers of children with disabilities – information, counseling, Parents School activities;
- Educators from regular schools that teach special needs students;
- Special needs students from regular schools without resource teachers;
